Swimming Pool Testing
The Eurofins Food and Water Testing NZ network of laboratories across New Zealand offers a fully IANZ-accredited scope of laboratory tests to meet New Zealand Swimming Pool Standard 5826:2010 for public pools. We also provide an IANZ-accredited sampling service.
A public pool is one not used solely for domestic use and includes institutional, club, hospitality, community and local authority pools.
Swimming pools are constantly picking up dirt and bacteria through wind and rain, and by the people that use them. Keeping the pool chemistry balanced ensures that chlorine will kill harmful microorganisms, as well as reduce corrosion or scaling of pumps and other pool components.
